Inai Dance, Traditional Dance of Jambi

The Malay Heritage we can see from the dance this dance is, Inai is a sacred dance and performed at the time of the Malay ethnic bridal ceremony East Tanjung Jabungresiding in the East. In doing the dance usually performed by 5 or 7 pairs of dancers who appear to take turns using the flower candles. In these dances illustrate the ancestor figures in segani in the days of yore that is Hang Tuah, Hang Jebat, HangLekir, Hang Lekiu, Kasturi or, gods Safri, Trial and Loyally Grooming Budiman as a character represented by men. While the female dancer represents a character's daughter Siti Zubaidah, daughter Suri Maknikam, daughter of Intan Baiduri, Diamond Princess Diamond Princess, Gemale, Teserlah and Princess Diamond Princess Begubang. The uniqueness of this dance and silat movement using IE in beautiful music by the music of drums, gongs, a Kulintang in bronze.
