Tauh Dance, Traditional Dance of Jambi
The dance tells the story of a young relationship or association mudi in antiquity. The dance is highly preferred by people in Bungo and usually staged to welcome theRajo Berelek Beselang and Pawpaw, Pawpaw (rice reaping mutual). Dance Tauh in do by 4 young couples on the boat and in Kelintang wood, accompanied by gongs, violin, Drums. For dance clothes using a shirt there is Jambi.
Hopefully the information about traditional dance from Jambi can augment the insights we are against cultural heritage which is in the province of Jambi.
